Asgard Modular Manufacturing build modular units — skids, kiosks and modules — for pharmaceutical and industrial clients in Ireland and beyond. We'd already delivered their live commercial dashboard, which removed six hours of manual reporting every week.
When that system proved itself, the conversation turned to the next bottleneck: quality management.
The problem
Like most manufacturers working to a formal quality management system, Asgard's documentation lived across a deep SharePoint tree. An NCR and CAPA register in one workbook. Inspection sign-off records per project in others. Audit schedules, welder qualification certificates, calibration logs, plant inspection records — each in its own folder.
Answering a simple question like "are there any open non-conformances on this project?" or "which welder qualifications expire this quarter?" meant knowing exactly where to look and opening files by hand.
Nothing was proactive. An expired calibration or a new NCR only surfaced when somebody went looking for it.

QC Pro brings the entire quality system onto one screen, organised per project and per register:
- Live NCR and CAPA register with status, history and closure tracking per project
- Section-by-section inspection sign-offs tracked against the current drawing revision
- One-click QC pack generation — client-ready PDF quality documentation per project or section
- QR codes linking physical units on the factory floor to their digital quality records
- Welder qualification tracker with expiry flags, so an expired qualification is impossible to miss

- Quality, external and health & safety audit tracking with completed-audit history
The part that changes the day
Every morning an AI agent scans the SharePoint quality tree and produces a short structured briefing: new or updated NCRs across all projects, quality documents modified in the last 24 hours, outstanding inspection sign-offs on the active project, and a concrete action list for the inspector.
On a quiet day the whole thing reads in under a minute and says so explicitly — no new NCRs or files since yesterday, no urgent action required. On a busy day nothing slips, because the agent checks every folder whether or not a human remembers to.
