1. Agreement
By accessing this website or using any SlamAI service, you agree to these Terms of Service. SlamAI operates from Ireland and is subject to Irish and EU law.
2. Services
SlamAI provides AI agents, automation systems, custom software, AI dashboards, voice agents, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement are confirmed in writing before work begins.
3. Payments
- Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current month
- Fixed-price projects are billed at agreed milestones
- Cancellation of monthly plans requires 30 days' written notice
- Overdue invoices may result in suspension of services
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code, designs, and systems built specifically for them under a fixed-price project agreement. SlamAI retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific tools developed during the engagement. Subscription-based AI agents (Aria) running on SlamAI infrastructure remain licensed, not transferred.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business information shared during the engagement. SlamAI will not share client data with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services (e.g., hosting providers, AI API services).
6. Data and AI
AI systems built by SlamAI use third-party AI models (primarily OpenAI). Clients are responsible for ensuring their use of AI-powered features complies with applicable laws. SlamAI does not guarantee specific AI output accuracy and recommends human review for critical decisions.
7. Limitation of Liability
SlamAI's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
8. Service Availability
We target 99.5% uptime for hosted services. Planned maintenance is communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party infrastructure providers.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a monthly subscription with 30 days' written notice. SlamAI may suspend services immediately for non-payment or breach of these terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
